I want to show the Motherboard, RAM, SATA, Battery, Wi-Fi and NVMe M.2 2280 slot. you can remove or upgrade 4 GB Ram and installed the 8 or 16 GB RAM. 

I'm happy that the RAM have a heatsink to maintain the temperature with a screw to protect and also SATA equipped models include the NVMe slot and screw.

1. click start menu go to settings, system and scroll down to about. You can see base information about your PC configuration. 

2. search command prompt in windows search bar, when command prompt open type in systeminfo.exe and press enter system setting will open.
